Echilibristics of Hope

Workshop & collective installation | EforieColorat, Constanța, 2025
In a context marked by uncertainty and instability, Echilibristics of Hope offered a space for shared reflection, play, and presence. The workshop invited participants to explore — through gesture and form — what hope might mean as an inner resource.
The resulting elements — created during the workshop, found, or recycled from older works — came together in a suspended, collective, and ephemeral installation. A precarious, naive, and colorful balance — a space where individual hopes moved together, held in a shared rhythm.
Radiography of a Smile

Workshop & collective installation, Dallas Dellivery, Iassi, 2025
Radiography of a Smile proposes a journey through emotions, from fragile or difficult-to-express feelings to brighter states that gradually take the shape of a smile. Through movement and modelling, gestures become forms, and forms become visible traces of lived experiences.
Seemingly simple questions – What makes you smile? What does your smile look like? – open up reflections on authenticity, presence and the way we relate to others. In a world where the digital smiley face circulates more frequently than a real smile, the workshop invites participants to reconnect with the experience of shared joy. The final installation – an ephemeral mapping on transparent sheets – brings together the smiles modelled by the participants. An imperfect, fragile yet vibrant collective artwork, speaking of belonging and the power of a simple gesture passed from one person to another.
When Emotions Take Shape – Exploring the State of Flow

Workshop –Petre Andrei University, Iași, 2025
During the workshop “Self-Knowledge Through Accessing the State of Flow,” Psychology students explored the connection between emotions, creativity and flow through a hands-on modelling exercise.
Using modelling clay, they transformed their inner feelings and emotional experiences into symbolic three-dimensional forms. The process offered an opportunity for self-awareness, emotional expression and connection with themselves, while encouraging free exploration beyond the pursuit of an aesthetic result.Through repetitive gestures, direct contact with the material and creative experimentation, the activity created a space for concentration, presence and immersion – essential elements in experiencing the state of flow.
